Using piAccess Link with MegaCellX

  • If you haven't done so already, configure the Bluetooth port:
  • Start MegaCellX or if you had already, choose Tools->Connect from the menu.
  • In the pop up dialog select the Bluetooth virtual serial port that you have created (for connecting to piAccess Link) from the drop down list (in this example it is called Saport27).
  • MegaCellX(2.6) will start from the Phonebook view, where it will start reading the phonebook storage data from piAccess Link.
  • Clicking on the piAccess Internal and MegaCellX start retrieving your contacts from your phone.
  • You can switch to the Messages view by clicking on Messages
  • Clicking on piAccess internal will retrieve all SMS text messages from the phone. This may take few minutes depending on the number of messages stored in your phone (around 2 minutes for 2500 messages:-).
  • Now you may switch between both views without waiting for any retrieval of data.
