Should I use Bluetooth, USB/cable or infrared Serial Ports?
Some advice on phone/computer connectivity:
Your computer's capabilities
- First, determine what is supported by your computer. Recent Apple Powerbook products, for example, have no infrared capability built-in.
- If your computer has no built-in Bluetooth but your phone does, you can buy inexpensive Bluetooth USB adaptors.
Phone capabilities
If you have a Symbian OS phone, Bluetooth is the only option at this time.
