Refund policy

Consumers are entitled to a full refund under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 within 7 working days from the date of purchase, provided they have not created or downloaded a paid licence key.

We recommend you ensure that our product(s) meet your needs before purchase, by trying them using a (free) demo licence key.

Privacy policy

Personal information

Certain sections of this site are restricted to registered users. The only information we request for registration is a valid email address.

When purchasing one of our products, for obvious reasons we will also need to ask for your billing details. These will be included in the secure form submission to WorldPay, our payment service provider (their Privacy Policy can be found here). We will only use this information for the purposes of maintaining our accounts and records. We will not ask for, or obtain in any way, your credit card details; these will be provided by you directly to WorldPay in the course of making a purchase.

We will never pass on any of your personal information to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

  1. When you purchase one of our products, your billing details will be sent to WorldPay as described above.
  2. When we are required to do so as a result of a court order or pursuant to a statutory or governmental order or decree or to comply with any search warrant or similar presented to us by any law enforcement or government officer.

Mailing lists

You may subscribe to one or more of our mailing lists, at your option. If you do so, and then send a message to the mailing list, your email address will be disclosed to other list subscribers.

Trac tickets

Similarly, if you enter your email address in a ticket in our support database, it will be visible to other visitors of the site.
