Cannot start piaccess link

Description

Hi, when I start piaccess link on my p910i, it says "Reading messages.. please do not send or delete any sms until finished But the problem is that when it starts that process, an error popups saying "unknown error" and all the options are disabled

In order to give us some more meaningful info about the problem you're having you you'll have to enable piAccess Link logging functionality. You can do that by creating C:\Logs\SmsBackup\ directory on your P910. A log file named log.txt will be created in that directory the next time you run the application. Beam that file to your computer and please paste it into this ticket.
