Can't get PiAccess to work

Description

I am trying to test piAccess.

I installed:

- the trial license in the proper directory. - added a profile to Mozilla Thunderbird

The IMEI and IMSI # do not display when I start the piAccess mail server.

The connection status says: Connected, preparing messages.

I am on a US phone system using T-Mobile.

Does my phone have to physically hooked up to the computer to use the service?

The phone needs to have its Bluetooth feature on, and paired (but doesn't need to be connected) with the computer.

If you're using PiAccess Link on a Symbian phone, then Link has to be started too.

When PiAccess Mail goes into "preparing messages" mode, do you see anything on your phone suggesting an incoming Bluetooth connection is taking place?
