Description

When I install piAccessLink.sis (p910i) I get an error that the signature can’t be read on the sis application. As an end user I want to know all this information before installing the application. The supplier info is also unknown.

Sure, we should have said that during the beta period (at least) this will be the case.

This will not change for 1.0, or for any pre Symbian OS v9 releases either. This is due to the fact that if a .SIS gets Symbian Signed, many P800s will NOT be able to install it, due to issues with their installer and root cerificates in the ROM.

This needs to be FAQed.
