This looks like a problem with the select statements which look out for fields that don't exist in the design of the db for the piAccess Trac.

Caused by lack of 'priority' values in this trac instance. Fixed by modifying queries to use 'severity' instead.

Fixed {8} and verified the rest. I think that we'd need the poster to verify these tickets before we close them.

Apparently if you order tickets by severity 'minor' comes after 'major' but before 'normal'.

Alphabetically, yes. You should order severity by value.
